• 1 ripe avocado

• 1 slice of sourdough

• 1 poached egg

• 6 cherry tomatoes, halved

INSTRUCTIONS

Mash avocado with lemon, salt, and pepper.

Spread on toasted bread. Top with tomatoes

and a poached egg. Add a drizzle of your favorite

balsamic. The chili crunch adds an amazing little
