Our workouts are quick, joyful, and require ZERO

equipment. Just your body and a desire to MOVE!

Pro Tip: Schedule your daily dance sessions in the

morning before you head out. You’ll feel accomplished

and energized all day.

3. Make Movement Part of the Adventure

Fitness on vacation doesn’t have to look like a gym session.

Look around—there are so many opportunities to move

naturally while exploring a new place:

• Walk or bike instead of driving

• Take the stairs instead of elevators

• Go for a beach walk or swim

• Explore local parks or hiking trails

• Dance at cultural events or live music venues

You don’t have to “work out” to be active. Movement is

everywhere—lean into it!

4. Eat Local, Eat Fresh, Eat Mindfully

One of the greatest pleasures of traveling is the food!

And yes - you should indulge and try new things. But you

can also make choices that nourish your body and fuel

your adventures.

Here’s how:

• Balance indulgences with fresh, whole foods. Enjoy

that dessert or fried dish—but pair it with salads,

fruits, and grilled or roasted options.

• Hydrate, hydrate, hydrate. Traveling often means

long flights, sun exposure, and dehydration. Keep a

water bottle with you at all times and aim to drink

regularly.

• Watch the portions. Many restaurant meals are

oversized. Consider sharing dishes, eating slowly,

and tuning in to your body’s hunger signals.

• Don’t skip meals. Skipping meals to “save room” often

leads to overeating later. Instead, eat balanced meals

regularly throughout the day to keep your energy up.

5. Pack Healthy Snacks

A little preparation goes a long way. Stash a few healthy,

portable snacks in your bag to keep you from reaching

for fast food or candy when hunger strikes.

Stay Moving.

Stay Joyful.
